FSX aircraft in FS9

Discuss aircraft addons and repaints for Flight Simulator here

Hi all!

Got a specific aircraft for FSX - Precious Metal - which I've downloaded with a view to flying her in FS9. Unfortunately it says something about being unable to load the model(?) so understandably Im a bit disappointed. Any thoughts on how/if it can be done?

Yeah about that.......the throttle doesn't work. So the whole flying thing isn't happening. And NONE of the documentation has an email address for the developer.

Sigh.

The Bill Cook model?
Think he's tired of the whole thing, after all it is described as:
An unfinished Gmax model for anyone who would like to finish it.
Maybe somebody will finish it...

Yeah thats her! *sighs* glides pretty good but thats about it. Beautiful model.

BTW I've been in touch with another freeware designer who is not only putting the finishing touched on his own Precious Metal model, but has some other tantalising Unlimiteds past and present "on the drawing board"/"beta phases"......biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Yeah there's scope for a little Unlimited online play I reckon...problem will be to keep the hotrodding "honest".
10,000hp Mustang anyone?

I'd keep the models as is - I just want to race against someone! Tearing around Reno's pylons is fun but on your own gets a bit tiresome sad.gif
