just noted for some reason im seeing the runway numbers at both ends twice. one in the normal spot and one just behind on the striped markings

dont have any other nfnl

Im not really sure about this, except to say that normally this would only be caused by another AFCAD or airport file somewhere else in the sim.
If there is nothing in FSX / Addon Scenery / Scenery folder, or in FSX / Scenery / World / Scenery folder, try making a COPY of the AFCAD (AFX_NFNL.bgl) from
Labasa's "Scenery" folder into the FSX / Scenery / World / Scenery folder, and see how that goes.
