Yeah, sorry, I've been flat-out for the last week.

As Ian mentioned, I did suggest some sort of default aircraft theme -- I think I saw a post somewhere talking about this, but I can't find it now. When the theme was very broad, we got an amazing response to the comp, but when it gets a bit more specific, such as July's comp, we only had 11 entries. I'll decide on a theme sometime this weekend, but in the meantime I've shifted this thread here to Community Discussion to try and get some thoughts on what we can do to liven-up the comp a bit.

Those who don't enter -- why not? Those who have entered in the past, but don't now, what can we do do bring you back? And those who entered in the anything-goes comp a couple of months back, was the very wide theme the main reason why you entered?

The prize was a very big insensitive to enter, who was it that organized this? I take it they asked people to donate their product not actually bought them themselves?

I presume you incentive?

The prize was only offered part way through but yes it might of got a few more entries. It was Bruce448 who organised it (many thanks). I think the theme was easier as well - it was a shot you could take as you were flying around (as I did) with no special thoughts or themes to make up. Didnt enter this time as I ran out of time/ideas and simply forgot in the end.

Last year we had Alex who organized a prize each month for the comp but unfortunately for us but good luck to Alex he entered the RNZAF and now doesn't have the time to do all those things he was doing for NZFF members.
