Nope you haven't jumped the gun I just didn't get around to it early this morning so have just done an edit to include the banner in your post.

Adamski was pretty much competing with himself for a while, which might have split his vote a bit -- only goes to show that winning too many comps in a year can sometimes work against you:)

I must say there has been a huge improvmant in the quality in shots in the last year or so and it is getting more and more difficult to pull out the winning shot...there have been some months recently where all the shots would of looked great as the banner.
