First and Foremost.

Freaking awsome Pic, dbcunnz...Gratz on the win.

My Bad experience..... http://www.flightsimstore.com.au/ Anyone else had any issues with this site?

It's been nearly a month and I have had nothing but Open Tickets sent to me.. No Human interaction whatsoever, No updates on the Ticket.
http://osticket.com/ I work with a technician that uses this ticket system on a daily basis, and when I Send him a ticket he gets it and replies! Pretty much instantly. So why has http://www.flightsimstore.com.au Not answered Me?

Unfortunate thing about it is... I will not purchase anything else from http://www.flightsimstore.com.au Until such time as I get some sort of reply. I have admited That I did wrong in entering my CC details twice.
However after the first time and page goes Blank.. I log back in and purchase is still sitting in the Shopping basket I enter CC details again and they Charge me Twice????
Oh did I mention the fact that website has me down for One Purchase and I receiaved via email One registration for the Product?

It was clearly a problem with either their server or the file storage server that created the issue as I have no problems whatsoever using Online banking and other websites for purchases.

So does ORBX sell their product anywhere else? I really wanted to buy more..Thier http://fullterrain.com/product_lancair.html for instance. But I won't because I dont Trust their sales representatives.

They Ripped me Off.

Hi Sinz first thanks for the comment.
Now if you paid by credit card ring your credit card company and inform them of what has happened and ask them if they can reverse the second payment.

Ive found this store the easiest for payment and if lost any order so easy to d/load again , 24 orders over the years , you should not have any trouble getting a refund .

I don't know how they compare to others when it comes to sales support, but my experience with their vendor system has been similar. I've been wanting to tidy up my products on their site, deleting some of the older scenery and adding the new ones, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do that, or to contact anyone who can help. Whenever I decide to fix this once and for all, I end up so messed around that I just give up.
