I'm sorry to say that I'll be taking my leave of NZFF as from today/tonight. Rather than just "disappear", I'd like to say a big THANK YOU for the fun I've had here over the last 5 years.

For various reasons, I'm just not enjoying NZFF any more. I think it's lost the balance it once had - and even the monthly screenshot comp (that I always enjoyed so much) seems to have gone a little strange - or maybe I've just got a bit jaded.

I'm unsubscribing from all my remaining active topics and won't be following this one either. However - I'll leave my profile active (as I'm not sure what would happen to all my old posts) so if anyone wants to PM me then they're more than welcome - but you may not get a quick reply as I won't be checking that often. You can always contact me via the NZFSIM site in any case.

All the best,

Adam(ski).

I guess that we have all been through phases of flight simming, sometimes it is full on simming but then work, holidays or other commitments mean that we are less active for a time, before returning.

Flying is one of those things that once it is in the blood, it stays there, so hope to see you back in the forum later. Unlike some other forums (mentioning no names here), NZFF does seem to me to have remained as it was in the beginning, a great place for exchanging ideas, and keeping in touch with the FS scene. So we hope to see you back in the forum in a few months.

smooth landings.

Best wishes on whatever you are up to....I must say my enthusiam of flight sim and forums generally has waned somewhat lately ..probably because my flightsim PC is dead and Ive just been too busy with family and work...will be back in the New Year hopefully with a new PC and some new found enthusiasm

You were my "go to" guy on this forum and your screenshots always had something that rang my chime.
