Thanks guys had a very quiet day apart from a very annoying chesty cough due to a dose of the flue which I am just getting over

BTW any one want a partly used dose of the flue still has about two or three days left to use up and it is totally free to anyone who would like to take it off my hands I am even prepared to break it up into smaller parts to make it go around if more people are interested in getting a bit of it.
