Thanks! It coulda gone either way, Marty, Looking at the votes I get the impression that there was an epic invisible battle going on which nobody was aware of...

It was a funny month, got off to a raging start, but kinda fizzled out, although the over-all quality was the highest I've seen for a while. Once again, though, let down by the voting public. It really astounds me that so few non-participants actually vote.

Anyway, the real question is what do I choose... just two Prepar3D-compatibles in their catalogue, the Tristar and the 777. Only the 777 appeals, but I suspect it might be a bit of an over-kill for me... Any ideas?

I would go the triple 7 , It would be handy and stick into the NZ theme , you get the 200/300 and its now near finished it development .. course the Air New Zealand scheme, one thing I do like with it is the ability/adding of the NZ maps on the to the cheek display screen.

"Once again, though, let down by the voting public. It really astounds me that so few non-participants actually vote." Me to Rob , Im always sad to see a "0" beside an entry , surely a vote for just fronting up at least would be nice , but anyway dry.gif
Im not sure what you should do , but i think you would be able to work the 777 into some great shots. Ive passed my prize on as Im spoilt for C/S product and it may allow someone else to break into the heavy market.

Thanks to all the punters who voted for the CT-4's as well.
And again , great shot and a brilliant banner Rob.

Strange , equals to the people who say let try this out and simply don't turn up, TS MPs and everything saying they are part of the community yet don't contribute ... they just kinda fizzled out.

Yeah, I suspected you'd do that, Marty, so I left passing it on as a last resort:)

I decided on the 777, as I've always wanted to try something outside my comfort zone, and Prepar3D doesn't have any default Boeings, anyway. So this will probably be my 'go to' choice for tarmac screenshots, and I might even get it off the ground one day:)

Good choice Rob , So much detail on it , you can just do ground shots for the next 12 months

Congrats all. And good call on the 777. It's not without it's issues but stick with it and you should be happy. If either of you do encounter probs start a new thread and lets see if we can sort them out. There isn't a great deal of support on the main CS forum from CS themselves, there is one independant guy Mark (sort of the default community go-to guy) who is very helpful, but I've been through a bunch of the probs myself so may be able to help.
