Move this to where you think appropriate, I wasn't sure.

Anyway just a small question lurking in my mind.
I'm for RW (real world) I mean I'd rather fly a real 737-300 than the Wilco one. (plus no hardware issues laugh.gif)

Taking off in flightsim as PIC doesn't give me the same feeling of sheer joy as taking off in a real machine as a passenger. And having control in an actual plane...well....

I like your crack about hardware issues....the framerate on the aero club's Tomahawk is smooth as!!!! tongue.gif winkyy.gif

Even if only in charge of the mighty one fifty twice, I would rather that, than be sat in front of my computer...

As the CFI said to me last weekend: "I have no idea why these young people today feel the need for drugs and alcohol and other artificial highs"...

and the (somewhat cliche) quote from 'High Flight' by John Gillespie Magee:

"Oh I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth...
Put out my hand and touched the face of God"

Im pretty happy with the realisation that flying for real is a lotto win away ,so flightsim is the poor mans way of doing the same ,i can crash and walk away everytime tongue.gif
