I've just completed my first trans-tasman flight in FSX (onboard a B-36 Peacemaker 5 hours, Hobart to Christchurch) and would like to hear some other peoples experiences on trans-tasman flights. New_Zealand_etc.gif

Now I've been trans-tasman wayyy too many times laugh.gif
Usually, the experience is nothing more than ocean for 3 hours in a jet (A320/ B737/ B763) but once or twice in the A345 for Emirates, or the heavies for Air NZ and Qantas. Nothing but ocean! Here are a few of the flights that I used Flight Keeper for (not nearly all of the trips)

Ive flown it in a helicopter 3 or 4 times, twice for the famous trans tas NZFF flights ..one was 11 hours and the other 15 hours i think ... long trips i can tell you with lots of V drinks and the likes ,,i think what made me complete these sea trips were mates to chat to most of the way ... thumbup1.gif
