Found some stuff and the timetable for the Air NZ global freighter service on the net and decided to try and fly all the routes. Havent finished them yet. Anyways here the first route
Auckland to Melbourne(sorry forgot to get some shots of the 747 on the ground in AKL but next time)
Passing over Mankau heads

Crusing over the tasman

Approaching the aussie coast

comming into Melbourne

On the ground in Melbourne preparing for 8pm depature to Shanghai

Have also done the second route as well which is Melbourne to Shanghai
Here they are
Departing Melbourne and cruise

Entering Japan's airspace

View from the jump seats

Entering chinese airspace and approach into Pudong

Finals and a little bit high dry.gif

Finally arrived in Pudgon at4:08 am
Parked up at Pudong ready for 8:35 am departure to Baku (technical stop).

ALSO: I FOUND OUT THAT ATLAS AIR OPERATES THE SERVICE SO THIS IS WHY I WAS FLYING IN A ATLAS AIR LIVERY ON THE MELBOURNE TO SHANGHAI ROUTE BUT WAS IN A AIR NZ LIVERY ON THE AUCKLAND TO MELBOURNE ROUTE. HOPE THAT EXPLIAN'S IT. happy.gif biggrin.gif

Shh Dont tell the boss we were doing that!!! biggrin.gif
Yea Since this flight i havent really flown the 747 propely on FSX. So i must admit that the Auckland to Melbourne leg was a bit messy but on the Melbourne to Shanghai route i was flying a bit more propely using the Autopilot's Heading hold, Speed hold etc so im getting the hang of it. winkyy.gif

Hmm dry.gif Think that photo must of got mixed up. I was crusing over the Tasman at somewhere between FL30 and FL40. High enough to be making a vapour trail winkyy.gif

Great pictures

Long flight. They have been a bit boring in terms of sencery so far
Auckland to Melborne was around 2.30-3 hours (i think if i remember correctly) So thats a while at mostly looking at the sea
Melbourne to Shanghai was around 8-9 hours (if i can remember correctly) Would have been intresting but it was a night flight so i didn't see much.
Yea so im trying to do them in normal acceleration and so far so good. So far i havent even speed up the time while im at the gate's.
But i've been doing bits of them on Saturdays...so its not 8 hours stright more like 8 hours over a month. happy.gif
Next flight is Shanghai to Baku(tech stop) and its a day one and over land so hopefully it might be a bit more intresting biggrin.gif .

Finished the next leg which was Pudong, Shanghai to Baku in Azerbaijan.
Passed some pretty cool sencery on the way and went flew from one side of China to the other. Makes you realise how big China is. Also flew through parts of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Anyway enough talk and here are the pictures.

Taxi and takoff from Pudong

Departing Pudong

View from the jumpseat

Flying over china

Racing with another plane

Approach into Baku

About to land in Baku

Packed up in Baku for a tech stop

Baku was a tech stop so no cargo is unoaded or loaded here and the next route is Baku (tech stop) to Franfurt.
