And I will chip in as necessary.

What does that mean? Basically, the team leaders will look after some of the organisation side (setting deadlines, etc). Otherwise, responsibilities are distributed through the group! If you want to make something happen, don't wait until the team leaders organise something, make it happen for yourself. We're a young enthusiastic group and, talking from experience, our survival depends on how many people are prepared to take charge. Ian (for example) has shown us how to do it with starting to organise the scenery collection. So to say it in Richard Branson's famous words: screw it, let's do it!

With that out of the way, we have 2 open & pinned threads that need attention. One of them is to collect all the scenery that should be in the base version, the other to get people on board that aren't yet. Our third challenge is to find a place to upload and download work in progress scenery. Let's try to resolve these issue within the next few weeks!

I'm not sure if my message is getting across, I can host files (have about 2 gigs doing nothing) and an upload, download option isn't that hard to install. It's FREE like the scenery, I can't offer ftp, but that shouldn't be a problem really. But when it comes to full on release - yes somewhere else will need to be found.

I'll make this the last post on this issue for me, ball is in the managers court :)

Perhaps an idea is an announcement by the Team Leaders when a project name is chosen, so as to confirm the progress made so far. :)
