Sadly Whenuapai's ATIS said to use Unattended Airfield Procedures and Auckland's was muttering about runway 05 so the A380 on a sunny approach would have to wait for another day, looked like Ardmore was the place to be so I leisurely packed the bag and headed out. On the way south at about the time the A380 was due I checked the NZAA ATIS again and they'd changed to runway 23 so the trip was quickly diverted, but not in time for that ... Why does this have to be so hard ????? laugh.gif

I see the 767 still has the korus on the inside of the winglets, it can't be making that many people feel sick or they'd have taped some plastic bags over it or something tongue.gif
