Couldn't take any pics today, so Ive been playing with Corel paint shop pro photo thing......and after a couple of vino's winkyy.gif .........well,...... not the best pic, but, i wonder if they ever considered a four engine version of the ATR.

James , you havnt seen that model before ohmy.gif , the ATR500-24-4 series , very useful in the third world country such as New Zealand .

smile.gif Ive added the engines Ian, you repaint it in lowviz RNZAF colours, give it a rear loading ramp........could be on to something..........

I did say the C130J sounded like two ATR's bolted together smile.gif .. so distinct is Herks when flying out loaded heading towards the Ice cool.gif

When Newman,s introduced these 1985 they demstrated it at Wigram bloody near broke it ! , something went wrong but survived ...
