Here are a few photos taken during Labour Weekend.
Flew to Mandeville one day and then Gisborne the next.

Was a busy time but the results are not too bad.

All nice photos , one ? simply arm out the window or camera mounting .... or you were,t running around on the wing smile.gif

Great stuff Gavin, love that shot of the Beavers (stop the giggling down the back there)
Haven't really been much of vintage aircraft enthusiast to be honest but the more I see of these great old birds the more they get under my skin. Need to get to more air-shows.
ps - anyone got the Aerosoft DHC2 Beaver?

ZK-BEN Ham , yeah caught this aircraft getting off the plane in Tauranga early this year , obviously no more flights in for a while so off the pilot went for it , bloody grand display when your on the ramp and spose to go inside !

Very cool pics Gavin...love the Beavers (didnt realise that there where that many Beavers still airworthy in NZ until I read a thread on NZ civ air blog spot the other week)...also didnt realise that there was an Aussie Puss Moth restored down south..no doubt this is heading to Australia..looks very nice.

Camera mount was indeed my hand out the window with the camera strap wrapped around my wrist.
Bit worrying at times, it is a big investment to let fall to the ground winkyy.gif

Anyone notice the writing in the sand on the Winjeel photo?
It is not photo shopped, was just lucky.
