My wife won a school raffle and got herself a flight around Tauranga (C172.)

While waiting for her I was perving around, as you do and spotted this out side an engineering firm. Obviously brand new and under
preparation, huge wingspan. What is it...? Sorry about the shot quality.

Later from the Classic Flyers museum (Flat White please) I saw the team firing up the Tomahawk. A mate works on this and told me a week
or so back that they were chuffed to get the motor going, after about 70 years lying idle. They had a special prop cut down to fit. This
one will never fly, the wings etc are just a mock up, taxis ok though. Again not a great shot, combination of distance and cr@p camera.

Cool P-40!..the top one is a Pipstrel Microlight Motor glider I think

Take the P-40 away and you would think your back in Christchurch ... It just the perspective of the photo and the knowledge of were you are , .. winkyy.gif its a knock knock .. open your eyes or are they painted on .. come in 'Spinner' .. least for the P-40 anyways biggrin.gif
