thumbup1.gif thumbup1.gif Nothing wrong with those .....great shots! How did you get so close this time? it looks like the aussies are onto you in that last one unsure.gif ......and that first shot is kind of spooky......mean machines.

Nice photos and good to see the aircraft made it back ok.
Would have been an interesting trip as the weather was pretty lousy yesterday.

Sure was nice to have the helicopters here.

Thanks guys,

yeah, went right up to the fence this time,

We were driving down past the first station area and i look out the window and saw that formation, so we stopped rather quickly and i jumped out. once they had flown over we sped round to the Operation deep freeze area, (along with ever other spotter at the airport at the time :S) just in time to see them taxiing back in from 02/20 (which they actually landed on?) so the street is filling up like there is no tomorrow with spotters, so i decided i might as well get the pics through the fence. they seemed to sorta be treating it as a parade and waved as they went past tongue.gif
