Got the old puter back yesterday, and up and running today. No sim back in yet .......so heres a few pickys from saturday, plus the Metallica Gulf stream.....




















Not sure who that BBJ belongs too, he did a couple of rejected take offs, then departed.

Thanks KB.....it was a good day.....i would still love to get up to Wellington for a day snapping, you seem to have some good spots up there. Im heading out again on tuesday...we have an RAAF 130J lurking about the place, which i wouldnt mind a few pics of.....anyway, thanks for looking

Flew down from Auckland to NZQN stopping off at NZCH saw all of the above. I saw a few RTOs as well from that BBJ

.............actually it might be here for cabin work as Air New Zealand (NZCH) is now a major out fitter of BBJ cabins

I wonder if you were one of the guys standing along the fenceline on Saturday afternoon when I flew out in a 733 for Auckland?

So they still have a few places to get some good plane spotting done at christchurch even now they removed the outside viewing area off the terminal?

Strange to find , no one has spotted with camera's from the CAC Balcony or even from there go airside !

The Viewing deck is still there And yeah, you get good views from the CAC balcony of the whole terminal and all runways:)
