A few more photos from Zurich. Even got some sunburn on the roof terrace, as I spent too long up there. Lots of photos of course, and it takes forever to sort them, but here are a few interesting ones......

I keep reading the name of the next aircraft as DEADMAN, unfortunate if that is how it is pronounced:-

watch the tail on the next shot!

Hope that I have not posted too many photos and have bored people, let me know if I have!

smooth landings.

Another brace of great pics - thanks! Nice to see the venerable old '37 still footing it amongst all the newbies. Your colours look great, BTW: what camera are you using? Do you have any filters or effects applied during shooting / post-processing?

The camera is still the same, the cheap Panasonic Lumix FZ28 which has an 18 X optical zoom (Leica so great quality). I do use photoshop, but just to crop the photos and add the frame, and occasionally to adjust the exposure, but basically, the photo is as it was taken. That is one reason that I changed from the Canon D350 to Panasonic, as the photos come out 'ready' instead of needing a lot of PS treatment. All photos were taken at 10mp as well, saved as jpeg (although the camera will also take RAW, but in RAW mode it does not allow burst shooting).

Half the battle is good light though, there are times when I just have to put the camera away and give up. Lucky at Zurich that the light was so good for the A380.

smooth landings.

Excellent shots - that observation platform certainly is "plane porn" heaven! That 1st shot of the SwissAir is so crisp I can almost reach out and touch it - awesome. Keep 'em coming...
