Hey guys

Over the last few days the weather has been pretty much perfect for some flying down here in Wellington, so I have made the effort to ... go up flying each of these days!

Yesterday morning I went up in the back seat of an Archer for a good amount of time. It was quite nice being the passenger rather than sitting in the front left seat , meant I could get a bunch of photos and video as well!

After we landed I managed to get 2 flights in with the PA38 as well which was great - 3 flights in one day!!!

I took around a hundred photos , but have just picked a few to post up

Sweet Antony , looking forward to see many more , your us jet is a Dassault Falcon 900 series , the largest off the Falcon range starting at the 20

Doesn't look like a NZ rego on it. Have a look at the first shot.

The Falcon is N693SH and I believe it is privately owned - here on vacation.

N693SH is owned by a leasing company based out of California. Its not the first time its been here. I've seen at at Auckland NZAA.

Great shots Antony.....old welli is a pretty place on a nice day. No point in taking any pics down here.....the ground is always moving and the auto focus cant keep up

Very interesting about the Falcon - pretty sure I saw it take off when I was on short finals in the tommy , seemed to go straight up ! Must have a fair bit of thrust out of those 3 big donks!

Will try and post some more pictures aviation related soon - am going away on holiday for a few weeks now but then Wings Over Wairarapa is coming up pretty soon. I am on the team for that so hope to get a good spot for some photos in between ferrying the pilots if that is indeed what I will be doing - when I am back may even be able to arrange a wee meetup if a few of you guys are going ?
