Raglan gliding

Was out at Raglan on the weekend for a swim and "happened" to wander over to the airfield to see what was going on, the Matamata/Piako gliding club were taking punters up for joyrides which was keeping the tug very busy, and made for a really busy airfield as most of the punters seemed to be opting for a 5-10min glide. Looked like fun, and a lovely day, pity I hadn't packed my credit-card

Anyway, here's a couple of pics I took, originals can be found here for larger views...

Oh and here's one more for the Ag-fans, FU24-950 ZK-EME parked up at Raglan aerodrome, a day off once in awhile for the machine apparently biggrin.gif

Nice photos, always good to see rural airfields like this having busy days. smile.gif Raglan is a great airfield for the general public to visit too since it's so close to the town centre.
