I had the chance to take a few shots at Muscat Airport (MCT) in Oman. Not so easy to get good shots there, with a lot of construction going on for the new runway and new airport terminal, and also not so easy with the shimmering heat. I did get a few good shots though, including the surprise visitor of the Hercules. I thought that I would share them so that you can see the neat livery of Oman Air.

Smooth landings.

Very cool, thanks for sharing! I've flown there a few times on the simulator so it's neat to see it for real. The gulf region airlines have great paint schemes on their aircraft. Cheers

Yes, the Hunter is on gate duty at one of the gates off the main north-south highway. Shame that with all the new construction, that I could not get any closer shots, very difficult to get access around the airport now. It seems like they have big plans for Muscat airport, with a large new terminal equipped for A380s and a new second runway as well.

Here are a couple of shots from Dubai as well, I think that the first shot is a Fedex Cargo MD11

smooth landings.
