Sunburn proved to be the biggest problem today. Hard to go wrong with so many excellent spotting places at Funchal Airport, Madeira. A few of the photos....

Also saw this again today, the 737 of Bluebird Cargo, an Icelandic company that has been operating into Funchal each day. I missed a great video of it 2 days ago when it took off before the number 6 marker, but here is a video on Youtube of it taking off today. Full power (almost) against the brakes (note the way that it springs up when the brakes are released) then a very short take off run. Bet that the pilots enjoyed this again today!!!
