Love the raprides!!!

It sure looks like there was a lot of aircraft varitey at the Masterton show- was it a bigger event than Wanaka?

I didn't attend Wanaka so can't compare, Charl was at both so he could shed some light. It was certainly bigger and better than the time I attended 4 years ago.

Nothing in NZ compares to the Wanaka show in my opinion.
If nothing else, the setting is unbeatable.
But the organisation, content and presentation are unmatched too.
Having said that it's great to go along and take your chances at the other shows.
At Masterton I was able to stand a moment next to that P51D thing and breathe in...just me and her for a moment
:whoops:

I had a similar moment with the Corsair

Totally, its more like a 1930's cadillac than a plane, shiny wooden interior, wind down windows, plush leather seating, shame there arent any on FS :(
