Looks like you really had the approach nailed in the first shot, I think I need to have another lesson in the circuit perfecting it. What aeroplane are you flying?

Hey, so am I, I've probably seen you around somewhere. :) I'm doing CPL theory at the moment, going to get all the theory out of the way first before I start flying. (I have done a few lessons though)

There were a lot of aircraft with banners in tow, with the devonport wine and food fest on today/tonight and then the jazz and food fest in mission bay on tonight also, so i thought it would be best to go down to 500' from the city to coromandel, just to avoid the weekend warriors.....

Thanks for posting, I went down to the harbor last night to see the firework display and the QM2 departing, and there sure where heaps of choppers flying about, just like there were all the banner towers during the day!

After only seeing the ship at night (crap photo attatched below), I really hoped to see a piccy of it from during the day, and from the air is even better! Thanks for posting :D

By the way, does anyone know why it was moored at Jellico wharf rather than Princes Wharf- most of the liners usually go to Princes', (which is empty in 1st photo kiwiflyboy) and I can't understand why the worlds biggest had to go to a container termainal...
