Into Wiggy tomorrow, one thing I love here is all I'm doing is getting extra photo's for another working on textures so course I will post photo's just for interest, one thing adding to this is 'Just' asking can you do it , I have very good friends at the RNZAF Wigram Museum, So I'll post the results here and to show how simple the cockpit looks, this is a texture mission, May get Nigel Booth to redesign the internals .. sure as hell nailed the externals

Wigram Museum Mission Complete 'AGAIN' , I just love the place , three photo's here just to get you up speed, good friend and mate 'Barf' on the wing, currently uploading the photo's only 102 and it 600MG, I'll plop a link here later for anyone interested, I biffed 28 photo's, one start's to get a little shaky in the confined space, if required I can return and say the 'Arnie' line "I'll be Bark"

Course Greg's effort here http://scaber.org/panoramas/virtual-aircraft/ , I was saying to 'Barf' how astounded I was to get this done, as I said after a while cramped trying to take detailed photo's, me... I started shaking , course great thing the reason for this Mission is for is for Nigel 'Nije' Booths , Crikey another Christchurch boy, to get an upgrade, so it's a freeware for FSX so that will be smiles all around

Charl, It really is a pleasure to jump in the cockpit again, one thing 'Barf' really pointed out was how heavy the canopy is to open, the front perspex and canopy is near .. between 13 to 16 mm thick, Did I mention I love this Museum

I always found the BAC Jet Provost Trainer to be a very attractive aircraft in its colourful livery....

....a bit like the Santa Monica Beach Babes in Southern California...(with very scant livery!).... :bow:

Paul, one of the thing the 'Blunty' was really only used for here in the NZ was training anyway, last time a NZ registered aircraft with bombs was use was against burning fishing boats or cargo hulks so its OK to ware the 'Camo' ... just cheaper to use the same paint without chopping and changing.

They left the Beach Babe alone PHEWY , one of craziest actions was a Wigram trained Strikemaster driver, flying around North Canterbury, winter long weekend 1985, course mom and pop own a farm in the region , decided to showboat and showoff

, fly's straight into hi-tension cables :rolleyes:

.. Boy that boy was in trouble ... come to think I never followed up on what happened to the bloke ... he's probably still peeling potatoes :unsure:
