I noticed A.net's Pic of the Day today was one of Gavin's new additions. Congrats Gavin, it's a great shot, and maybe that will link more people to your other brilliant shots!

Great shot Gavin, love it.

Still, it's not a scratch on the other seat photos, wheel shots, or drab interior shots of some European Airbus that was number one airliners.net shot yesterday, the day before that, and tomorrow.

hehe. Good on ya mate.

I saw that earlier when I was having a quick browse- thought from the thumbnail that the aircraft may have been Airtrainers but the scenery didn't look like anywhere in NZ that I could recognise- anyone know the location?

Oh, and congrats Gavin!

At a guess, South Coast of Wellington? Probably wrong.

That was what I thought... Either that or Kapiti, but the cliffs are wrong I think.

Close Zac and thanks for the comments fellas.
I dont think it was Lake Wanaka but one close by.
Just got home from a day at Ardmore and didnt see it as pic of the day but have had a few best photos on that site lately which is pretty cool just goes to show we have lots of great aircraft and pilots to show them off.
