Where to buy knobs

I am using and ALPS EC11B dual rotary encoder but have been unable to find any knobs to it the shafts. Can anyone point to somewhere I might find some suitable knobs.

The shaft sizes are 6 mm and 3.5 mm. The outer (6mm shaft) knob locates with two parallel sided slots on opposite sides of the shaft and the inner (3.5 mm shaft) knob is located with a flat on the shaft.

Frankly , if i had a machining center , id just make them , or you could source one from a aircraft engineers shop and make a mold .. make one !or two or three .
