One Video Card Three Monitors

How do you set up three monitors for FSX surround using one GTX 660 and without using a Matrox TrippleHead2Go.
Would one DVI from one DVI out on the Video card to one monitor and a split DVI from the other DVI out to the other two monitors work or would I have to got to the two DVI to two monitors and a HDMI to a DVI adapter to the other monitor.
Or are there any other ways to configure the one Video card to three monitors to get the surround efect?

I have a 670 but it will work in a similar way. Direct connections from card to monitor, DVIx2 and HDMIx1. Running 3 monitors isn't a problem (with FSX in a window) but if you are running full screen you'll take a big hit. I just get by with a 670 so a 660 will struggle with eye candy....

For starters you need to set up nvidia surround if you haven't. If you have your monitors set up as extended desktops then it will not work because when you drag the fsx window over other monitors you will see that the view doesnt go any farther than the original monitor.

So if you dont know how to set up nvidia surround then do that first, from there FSX will span all monitors no issue. I dont use nvidia so I cant help with that part sorry.

As metalnwood said you set up extended desktop using NVida which they call surround using NVidia's control panel. I use SLI so can't advise on only using a single card, but it's relatively simple and intuitive to do.

You can use any of the ports DVI - D, DVI - I, HDMI, or DisplayPort then configure with the control panel. If you run in to problems please drop a message I'm sure I'll able to get to get you going.
