Logitech 3D Pro Joystick

I find the tension on this Joystick very strong and tiring after awhile. I guess there is no way to adjust it.?
Can someone recommend a similar Joystick that is easier on the wrist please?.
CPU: Intel Core i5 760 @ 2.8GHz. Motherboard: Asus P7P55 LX. RAM: Kingston Hyper X 8GB 1600mhz DDR3 Non ECC. SSD: Samsung 250GB. HDD: WD !TB.
GRAPHICS: Asus GTX460, Direct CU 1GB GDDR5 256bit video graphics card. PSU: Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 650W. CASE: Cooler Master Gladiator.

This is a little more costly but I can say I have had a quick go on one of these and it is well worth the money considering the smoothness in the axis.
