This isnt a gripe , but i thought it may be helpful for those boffins in the know .
Over the last 48 hours i have been experiencing the following :

Very slow refresh times.
PM's showing up twice. (some don't even arrive)
Server error msg's (the old 404 )and a new one , saying everything was full , or words to that affect.
Votes on the comp are visible .
Getting kicked off the server mid way through reading something.

Not a gripe , just thought it might help someone join the dots.

Already been hit by that many times today, I'm sure that will addressed , I had one post hang for over four minutes, so jumped across to other PC to do other things and forgot what I was doing in the first place

The voting was changed to the review results last night as Dan will not be on deck until next Monday.
The voting will close at midnight tonight but the banner will probably not be changed until Dan gets back.

As for the intermittent speed thing it is something that we are looking into and may not get fixed until Dan or Dean get back next week. :(
