Delete and reinstall

Hi. It has been a long time since been here. Have just got the Cirrus aircraft as about to start flying one in real life and need to train on the new avionics.
Problem is my FSx has not been running for over a year now. It is loaded onto a remote hard drive.
I want to delete entire system and ALL addons and start new. I will install onto my C: drive this time as have plenty of space available.
What is best way to remove entire system from computer. including addons, scenery, etc as well. Want a fresh clean start.
Lucky I have many of my addons saved to CD so installation back will be Ok.
Any help appreciated.
