Arr yes , but FSX is .. all MS flight sim programs have been a serious resource user on graphic cards with not even getting a hit from any other program type shoot em games.

My point is, if it was the card it would be affecting things across the board. It's not, P3D works perfectly, Euro Truck 2 works perfectly, Star Trek Online (Which is running now) works perfectly. I am also streaming HD video to my TV from YouTube at the same time, working perfectly.... The problem is ONLY occurring in FSX

I don't have P3D .. the other programs , Truck and Startrek I don't have but when running Steams COD and RISE OF FLIGHT worked perfectly fine, thing was when I had the G/card removed it was found to be clogged , it was dusted and away went FSX back to its norm.

Can safely say its not clogged, my system gets a good blow out with compressed air every couple of weeks and the graphics card is water cooled, there's no fans to suck the dust in to clog up

Going to be a smart ass and say that was to warm the water for the mornings Coffee ... Be interesting can you divide the HD and put FSX onto that , saves a complete HD format , good thing this issue pops up and it is regular for a hard ass simmer .. maybe the best thing to do .

Nah can't split this drive up. Best I can do is try to install it on my backup drive and see how that goes.

I guess you did not buy the Dovetail FSX , one off the specific reasons I grabbed it on the $5 dollar deal for this very reason , maybe the DVDs are not reading ?

What do you sliders look like? Particularly the Global texture resolution.
It looks like it's displaying the lowest mip level on each texture.

It's probably worth deleting your fsx.cgf and scenery.cfg files - I don't think that they are necessarily removed when you uninstall FSX so if you can force a rebuild of them that may fix things - on the other-hand it may not!!
