Hi there fellow members. I was wondering if you could help me help a mate out. He is using his insurance to get his computer fixed and was wanting to know how this 'correct replacement'(which is basically what they will do to it) will better his computer. I'm a bit slack when it comes to heavy comp comparisons. I was wondering what this system would be capable of in terms of gameplay. Are we talking GTA4 or something that could barely support Pong. So if you have time could you let me know in game terms what this mama could do! Any comments no matter how small are appreciated!

Thanks you so much Paul.

To me this computer spec is low for a gaming PC but should run ok if it had more ram and a graphic card ,every other app should run fine ...

yea that seems like almost exact spec of my second laptop just coming smile.gif. it will cause some annoyance if your trying to play games or heavy apping, but for basic stuff it should be fine, maybe even some counterstrike or combat arms smile.gif but not FS

up the RAM, GPU and (if you can afford) CPU

You wont be able to play GTA IV on it, and it wont run FS on great settings, but its not that bad.

As others have said, you need a dedicated graphics card, at least 2GB preferably and if possible a faster processor for good gaming.

Yeah id just like to add that this computer spec is not bad at all and i hope that most of remember how bad it use to be trying to load a sim on a 4gb drive ,what a joke ..
this is not bad at all really just new games as we all know put our computers to there knees , im sure with not doubt this will run 2004 with just a graphic card at a good level ,GTA IV no way without troubles or just those things that will just get to you ..

Intel GMA basically means its built into the motherboard, so its runs off the system ram, and doesnt have its own dedicated video ram.
