I recently purchased the E Jet series with the Embraer aircraft but it seems to be missing lots of feature. Cockpit Glass Displays Landing gear etc. i bought the download version . Has anyone else expricnced this problem with this software?

Are you sure this is not an install issue?

Surely your purchase price includes support?

I got an email back today and I believe it's to do withnot having the MS service packs 1 and 2 . Was told to either d/l them or buy
the MS accelator pack. Have picked up the acce pack today and will retry tonight
