Go to your app documents "C:\Documents and Settings\Creator\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9" or something along those lines ,you must have folders without the hidden folders settings ,you can change this setting in your control panel under folder options
what you want to do is track down you fs9.cfg file ,once you do this just delete it and restart fs9 ,this will build another cfg and should start the sim up for you ..

also if you do a search on this forum ,you should find the same details ive posted before about the fs9.cfg file ,,dont worry this was a very common problem and usually a simple fix ..
