snap view in fs10

Can any body tell me how you can get snap view in VC to snap rather than panning around

If you turn on the Num Lock and use the number pad it will snap view in VC they are small moves but they do snap the other way is to go to 2D cockpit by using F10 and to go back use F9 a very quick way to change from VC to 2D and back
