Too big?!

Hi, a few months ago i downloaded OZx V3.0 and when i tried to open the .exe file nothing much happened all that happened was the administrative thing where you allow the program to run came up. Am i doing something wrong or is it just that my computers to weak? P.S FSX runs fine on my computer so the file should open i mean...

What OS are you using Win 7 or Vista?
