I gave this a go but it seemed to reduce my stability a bit. That and it ruined a freeware addon plane I like to use. anyone else give this setting a go?

I think most people (including me) have given it a try for curiosities sake and then reverted to DX9

I do run Directx 10 Preview setting , run everything a lot smoother , but it dose affect some textures , this can then be modified using DX10 Addon Converter.

I am using it about 90% of the time I have ADDON CONVERTER X and it converts about 90 to 95% of AI and earlier FS2002 FS2004 aircraft to work in the FSX DX10.
FLIGHTSIM TOOLS - ADDON CONVERTER X cost EUR 15.00 was about NZ$29.00 when I bought mine.
It is available from http://www.flightsimtools.com/adconvx/ for US$19.95
