Hey all ,..the answer to my question of how to CAB files is prolly right under my nose but I cant for the life of me figure out how to do it. went to Microsoft and the MakeCab utility is no longer available...

If you've got FS9 it's FS9\Disc1\GAME\cabdir.exe
