Hi guys,

Recently I have began noticing these strange ORBX SI textures. It's like they are 'confused' and don't know what to lay down. I first noticed just a stationary ("non-flickering"?) area of dark navy blue on a hillside while flying near Wanaka. I just went on a flight from Glenorchy and the river beds were flickering with water textures, then blue, grey, then the camo coloured default land texture. Really annoying to fly over....

Anyone know what is happening here?

I got this a whiles back , it not the levels placed tried that , what i did was another re-install , did it a couple times and the textures kicked in ... think that's were the issue is it simply did not install properly , bit like the switch problems don't kick in after a couple .. don't UNINSTALL .. simply reinstall over the top .

Sorry should of come back earlier...yes Eddy's suggestion worked...turned off Orbx PNW and all good. Funny I hadn't seen it before.

I do not own PNW , so thought a simple texture problem , the PC just not reading the file .. as Rob put it a whiles back .. the textures have been hi-jacked from other regions .

With ORBX coming in with the (got into trouble with this one) ORBX rules the world should fix all these gable roof problems up directly ..

My history with the problem .... With all ORBX Australia not been on my current FS-HD and only re-installed NZSI/NZNI the issue only appeared , i looked and was sorting problems and idea's to try and help Chris "lowglow" with issues and later found i had a similar problem on a clean install .. I simply did a few re-installs over the top off each other .. easy done .. it did not require putting all your registrations in ...

Strangely i did save all the ORBX textures in a different folder, i may have dropped them in to kickstart it ... that is another option .. seem that problem also go's ways back in 2000/02/04 doing the same - textures not showing , back then it was just copy the homemade airport texture into from the scenery file into the main Flightsim texture folder and away it went .
