Hi there I recently purchased a 24'' LED monitor its great but is there any way I can change the resoloution on 2D panels? some aircraft like Majestics Dash 8s virtual cockpit isnt that greater quality, the 2D panels at the moment appear a bit stretched, I need a way to change this
Cheers

Should be ok for that size monitor.
Do you have widescreen enabled?
Whats it like with the default Cessna?
Are the gauges round or oval?

what do you mean widescreen enabled if you mean
WideViewAspect=True in the FSX.cfg then yes but it makes no difference
The trike seems stretched as well
And the gauges are oval

Sorry shouldn't have mentioned the wide screen setting.
Is it just the 2D panels out of proportion or is the VC out as well?

There should be a default set to your monitor , you are on "1920x1080x32" i'm very sure you should have 1920X1200 setting , you may have missed it .

that made no difference, and the rest of the computer is fuzzy with that setting, the native size is 1920x1080x32

I always use the native resolution for desktop & sim.
Can you resize those 2d panels with the mouse?

you can within fsx but then you get a gap either side of the panel, what I have found though are some alternative panels online to suit 16:9 monitors online
I have found so far panels for
Majestic Dash 8 Q300
Flight 1 ATR
The Aerosoft Airbus X is fine cause its all 3D
The Wilco 737 comes with the right Panels
so all I need now is one for the PMDG Beech 1900D
If anyone could lead me to one online that would be good, I cant seem to find one
