Well im really pissed off now!, my graphics are doing weird things! these pics below show what happens when I view the map inflight or adjust settings at the start of a flight

What would this Issue be? is my G Card stuffed? its reasonably new! It seems these days even with a good system FSX is always a pain to even operate properly!
Now I'm still wondering wether to give FS up it feels like its having issue after issue every time I go to use it!

System Specs:

Flight Simulator X Gold
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Thermaltake M9 Mid Tower Case
Intel I7 3.5GHZ
12GB of Ram
Nivida Geforce GTX650 GDDR5
500GB Seagate Hard Drive
Corsair HX650 PSU

Have you tried installing the latest drivers? Or have you just changed drivers?

Do you have any other games to see if this happens?

I'm assuming you are using ORBX.
Are you using any other mods or addons that are not part of FSX?

You did let Nvidia search for the system spec's when you say the G/card default setting ? - have checked in the in the device manager that it is installed and check the driver update Date

It is always possible you may have a hardware issue, graphics card.
But also could be a software clash.
I am not familiar with YMML or REX, as to their compatibility with ORBX.
Can you possibly disable them temporarily to eliminate them.

let us know how you get on with the other GFX card. As you probably know, if it's fine after then could just be software issues with other one or hardware problem.

Not nice to have problems so hopefully it's just software.

HD 7950 although not as compatible with FSX as a GeForce card will way out perform your GTX 650.

well the HD 7950 didn't even fit in my case! but Iv found the weird visuals in the pics were happening with the Qualitywings BAE 146, but that doesnt explain why the 146 makes it do that???

Yes the HD 7950 is a very long card.
Unless you have a deep case you have to remove the Hard Drive caddy to fit it in.

Glad you have located the source of your problem.
