Is it possible to run CH pedals with a Saitek yoke and throttle quadrant or the Saitek X52 Pro?

I run Saitek pedals with a CH yoke, so I would assume it will work the other way.

I'm pretty sure that Ian W used to run CH pedals with a Saitek yoke. Even if he didn't I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work, the USB devices should be recognised by the operating system and FSX and so should work as expected.

Yes Indeed , no issues at all, worked perfectly fine, tho now all Saitek , those CH product pedals are great , simply after 14 years off use they failed .... THAT IS A LOT A HOURS !

Yes. I also used to own the Saitek throttle quadrant and yoke with CH rudder pedals. They work fine together. I've never been thoroughly satisfied with the rudder pedals sensitivity: too sensitive. I tried endless tweaking with the MS FS2004 options. Still too sensitive. I think I even downloaded a CH specific tweaking software from their site which didn't help. Current situation: rudder pedals sit in closet. I heard that the payware version of FSUIPC could allow finer tweaking and ultimate satisfactory fit. Does anyone have comments about this?

Yep, I have CH Yoke/Quad/Pedals all mapped through FSUIPC. You usually need to tick the 'Reverse' box...but you can adjust the response from straight-line (i.e steady increase of effectiveness) to give less at the beginning of the movement, increasing rapidly in the last 60%, for example.

Confirming no problems on this combo, or any combo of USB controllers for that matter. They all act and are detected by Windows/Mac as separate control devices. Just go into your FS software or game and configure them there.
