Hi guys, its been a while now, creating a youg family has pulled me away and FSX just cant pull me back anymore so I am trying out P3d for a monthor two as I like what i see but there is one programme i cant do without and that is EZCA or commonly known as ezdok. Has anyone have this working, I know others have but I have had no luck. I have installed and used estonia migrator tool to run ezca so all the aircraft cfg files have been sucseefully edited but it will not interface with prepared. The addons tab does not appear in the tool bar so I am stuck. Any of you had sucsess with this?

I don't think many have P3D or EZCA , I still live in the FSX and even then don't use ezdok.

Yes, sorry, although I wouldn't live without EZCA in FSX, I've never looked at installing it in P3D -- since it isn't in development any longer, I'm happy to move on. I do miss a lot of the features, though.

I can't even get it to work in FSX let alone P3D

Think it was the same with me, it had a problem installing with the activation when first come out, I simply shrugged my shoulders and thought to myself another time.

I've got in working but it's been some time now and it's a bit of a faf!
If you do a google search you'll find the posts I found as reference somewhere. What I do remember is the following...
- you'll need ezdok 1.17
- you'll need to set p3d to run ezdok at start-up and this involves creating a simple text dll file and putting it in the right place
- for each aircraft, you'll need to add the ezdok camera definition
I couldn't live without ezdok and perhaps I am making it sound harder that it is, but it was a necessity for me. I'll continue to look for the instructions I used.
Hope that helps.
Jay
PS
I think this is it...
