I am experiencing wire fences & windowed buildings shimmering until my aircraft is almost overhead when they appear in sharp focus. Runways appear to have moving lines along them when i initially load up. My video card is a Nvidia gtx460 SE V2 with 1Gb memory hooked up with an Intel E8400 CPU [bog standard]. I have CUDA enabled plus the other toys in the mix. Perhaps somebody out there would share their gtx460 settings or steer me towards improving my current status.

DC , I'm very sure we all get the shimmering building affect, I have seen this with many different airport model and another is were a line follows you, this is a shadow were the 3D model vertices have not been connected/join properly and bleed thru.

Google search kosta fsx settings. With nvidia inspector you should get better visuals
