EditVoicePack in W10

Hiya all,
I need to update the voice pack in my new FSX install on Windows 10, but when i go to run EditVoicepack i get a message that 'Arithmetic Operation has resulted in an overflow' and it won't do anything else. Editvoicepack opens, but the moment i try to do anything it has the message.

I would really like to update Voicepack so ATC is more real.

At the moment I have found many WIN OS mucking around , it may not be the program, currently for example even my signature is not showing and that is on every one of the sites I visit .
