I've been using this without a problem for a long time.
But today (just after I installed some scenery for SNA and LAX) it stopped working.
I can start it up ok but when I go to open airport it comes up with the collecting airports screen and gets to two bars and then stays there and doesn't increase.

Whats wrong?

It is probably getting stuck on one of the new AFCADs -- try disabling the scenery you've added recently one at a time, and see which one it is. I seem to recall having this happen in the past after I've installed a new scenery. I guess some AFCADs just confuse it.
