Wanaka AI again

Well,
I have tried all of the options and I must say thanks to Charl for all the help and options to get the :heavies" going but I must admit defeat.
Tried every option but no go.
The aircraft dont even appear at their starting airports and as previously commented that the only heavy to appear is the DC-3.
