I'm seeing far too much of this sort of thing lately. Tiles aren't loading until I'm virtually on top of them. I can't think of anything I've changed, but I must have changed something .....

Thanks
Gary

Computer spec plz ?
this is a cpu type of thing if you have other or alot of other things running in the background it could cause a slow down of things ,next thing is no matter what i did with 2004 it always crapped itself after alittle while things would just change even after the big full reinstall of op system and then a fresh install of fs9 it would just get slower and slower doing things ,after a life time of the fs9 i changed to X and havent seen that sign of things slowing like this though i do have tiles sometimes not loding that well because of my CPU and low end graphic card

it could be anything but after chasing the problem i always had with fs9 i never did find out why ???....

In the display settings somewhere (sorry, I don't have FS on this PC so can't check...) there is a setting called 'Extended/Distant Textures' or similar, make sure that box is checked. winkyy.gif

Try 'SCENERY COMPLEXTIY', apparently this means how complex the scenery is from far away?? This might only occur for autogen though... smile.gif
